We are proud to showcase a metal mono Modern Stairs with stainless steel posts and cable balustrade. This type of design incorporated Mild steel powder-coated centre support with a folded 6mm plate holding a 40mm Queensland Spotted Gum Tread.

The Steel Mono Stringer is well complimented with stainless steel swaged cables balustrade and frosted glass bottom riser. The design team worked closely with the owner and Solid Wood Stairs builder to include finishing touches such as lighting under the landing to illuminate the frosted glass riser, delivering the Wood Mono Stringer Stairs treads to be pre-finished before installation as well as ideas for care and maintenance of their new Single Stringer Steel Stairs.

Step 3: Stair Fabrication
After the shop drawings are approved, your FLIGHT system goes into production at our plant in Indiana. We have wood, metal, and glass fabrication facilities so we are able to manufacture every piece of your stair and railing.
The focus of our fabrication process is to make the installation process as simple as possible. The stringer is cut to the exact length you need. We route out the treads where the mounting bracket will go, and we even pre-drill holes in the treads in the exact location where the railing posts will go.
We are able to be so precise because we control the engineering process for the entire system, and it makes the installation process a simple assembly job.
